运行3.11版本的vista优化大师时，依旧在“窗口最大化时标题和任务栏透明”的时候出错。导致最大化时无法实现透明效果。在此之前，安装了microsoft visual C++ 2005 SP1，昨天晚上安装更新的时候一不小心将电源插头卸下，不知是否有影响。程序错误代码如下：
